Erick Weiss is the Founder and President of the Transnational Space Alliance Summit — a distinguished event producer and creative visionary, renowned for orchestrating some of the most ambitious and culturally significant events in the entertainment and nonprofit sectors. Weiss has led the production of Universal Studios' multi-year 10,000–20,000-person holiday parties, The Grammy Celebration for 20 years (the largest entertainment industry awards gala in the country, for over 6,000 guests), the inaugural NFT LA convention with over 4,000 attendees, and the historic World Indoor Lacrosse Championships hosted by the Haudenosaunee Confederacy in Onondaga.

Weiss's expertise lies in seamlessly integrating storytelling with large-scale event production — a skill honed through his background in theater and performance. He holds a Master's degree in Dramatic Theory and History from the University of Toronto's Graduate Centre for the Study of Drama, and a BFA in Acting and Directing from Syracuse University. His early career as a professional actor included appearances on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

In 2007, Weiss founded Honeysweet Creative to pursue his passion for live show and award show production. Under his leadership, the company has produced events featuring Garth Brooks, Stevie Wonder, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and produced the Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Awards for over seven years — last year garnering over 3 billion media impressions.

Weiss's commitment to cultural storytelling is exemplified by his role in the 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships — the first internationally sanctioned sports tournament hosted by an indigenous nation, featuring 12 countries and 1,000 athletes, broadcast world-wide on MSNBC Sports. The documentary "Spirit Game: Pride of a Nation" is now part of the Smithsonian Permanent Collection.

Born into a family of accomplished scholars, Weiss is the son of Dr. Volker Weiss — a renowned physicist and former Associate Director for Science & Technology at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory — and Dr. Peg Weiss, a world-renowned art historian and Getty Fellow whose archives are housed at the Getty Research Institute.

Courtney Mancini is a co-founder of TSAS and the organizational backbone behind everything that makes New Worlds Faire run. As Chief of Staff, she manages cross-functional strategy, team operations, and the intricate logistics of convening heads of state, C-suite executives, and mission directors under one roof. Courtney's background spans high-stakes event management and executive operations, giving her a rare ability to hold complexity with calm. She is the reason the impossible becomes routine at TSAS.

Jason Murphey is the creative mind behind TSAS's visual identity, brand experience, and immersive event design. As a co-founder and Creative Director, he shapes how the Artemis Accords community feels when it gathers — from main stage production to the tactile details that make New Worlds Faire unlike any other summit in the space economy. Jason's work is rooted in a philosophy that world-changing ideas deserve world-class presentation. His fingerprints are on everything visitors see, feel, and remember.

Kylee brings over two decades of distinguished expertise in global corporate event strategy and execution to TSAS, having orchestrated transformative experiences for audiences ranging from exclusive C-suite gatherings to international conferences hosting 10,000+ participants across six continents.

Her portfolio spans financial services, pharmaceutical innovation, fintech, blockchain, and insurance markets — precisely the cross-sector expertise essential for TSAS's mission to unite traditional aerospace with adjacent industries driving the trillion-dollar space economy. She has delivered high-profile initiatives throughout North America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America, with expertise in venue procurement, vendor ecosystem development, accommodation management, culinary program design, and comprehensive production oversight.
